Ongoing care for long-term conditions

Dr Wander provides structured, private care for adults living with long-term conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, COPD and high cholesterol.

Rather than short, rushed reviews, appointments are unhurried and holistic — looking at your medication, monitoring, lifestyle and overall wellbeing.

You benefit from continuity of care with the same doctor, rapid access to bloods and scans, and a clear plan reviewed at regular intervals.

From £150 per review appointment. Bloods, ECGs, spirometry, prescriptions and specialist referrals are charged separately.

  • Structured annual and interim reviews
