Dr Wander offers a safe, understanding space to talk about your mental wellbeing, taking the time to really listen.
From stress and anxiety to low mood, you will receive compassionate support, practical advice and onward referral to counselling or specialist services where helpful.
Initial consultations are also available for adults who suspect they may have ADHD or autism. Dr Wander does not carry out the formal diagnostic assessment himself, but will discuss your concerns, take a detailed history and refer you on to a trusted specialist for full assessment and, where appropriate, treatment.
There is no rush and no judgement — just a doctor who wants to understand how you are feeling and help you find a way forward.
